Lack of Vocational Interests Hurts Utilities

Lack of vocational interest in our younger workforce, coupled with a baby boomer retirement surge, has created major challenges for utilities across the PNW. This has been something I have talked about for a number of years and I am glad to see that the industry is now making an effort to address this issue head on.
